<p>RLI offers unique rail solutions in Laredo,  Texas servicing Mexico  and the United States.&nbsp; Our Laredo  operation is situated on 22 acres and is serviced by 2 rail spurs coming off  Union Pacific lines.&nbsp; Our proximity to  the Port Laredo Yard in North Laredo provides  us with the closest rail solution to the Port Laredo Yard.&nbsp; We have the ability to service all types of rail  equipment, allowing our customers the advantage of securing the exact solution  they require.</p>
<h4>San Antonio</h4>
<p>The East Kelly RailPort project is a unique solution for  rail served facilities in San Antonio.&nbsp; RLI is a key participant in the redevelopment  that will provide key logistic solutions for international as well as regional  companies. </p>
<p>After the closure of Kelly Air Force Base in 1995, the City  of San Antonio  established The Greater Kelly Development Authority in 1996.&nbsp; The goal was to transition military  facilities into private sector business development for logistics and support  operations aimed at providing quality jobs and economic growth for South Texas.</p>
<p>Today, Kelly USA is being redeveloped&nbsp;&nbsp; and revitalized to create a world-class,  multi-modal logistic center and inland port.&nbsp;  This new vision will rename Kelly USA to Port San Antonio as part of a  master-planned development and managed by the Port Authority of San Antonio.&nbsp; RLI is a key service provider in Port San  Antonio&rsquo;s vision of being a full service port across all modes of  transport.&nbsp; RLI has 22 acres with the  flexibility to service customers through unique rail served facilities and  Class A warehouse space, providing our clients with greater accessibility to  distribution networks to key ports such as Houston  and Los Angeles, and proximity to Mexico.</p>
<p>RLI&rsquo;s vision is to utilize our unique assets at Port San  Antonio in such as way as to maximize efficiencies and cost effective benefits  inherent to the East Kelly RailPort.<br />
  Some of these key attributes include:</p>

  <li>Being       contiguous to the Union Pacific South San Rail Yard.</li>
  <li>No main       line access needed to deliver rail cars from the South San Yard to East       Kelly RailPort.</li>

  <li>Rail       Served Class &ldquo;A&rdquo; Warehousing.</li>
  <li>State       of the Art Transload Operations with over 22 acres of outdoor area and over       200,000 square feet of warehouse storage.</li>
  <li>A tight     scope of operations which allows RLI to offer its customers intermodal transportation options that are specific to Port San Antonio insulating its operations from external factors and extra costs
